Step 4: Starting the Assessment
Ensure Proper Environment: Make sure you are in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. The assessment involves answering questions related to your mental health, resilience, and personal habits, so privacy is important.
Step 5: Completing the Assessment
Answer Questions Honestly: The assessment will ask a series of questions with answers ranging from often to never. Answer as honestly and accurately as possible.
Follow the Prompts: After each question, follow the prompts to move to the next one. Some questions may require reflection, so take your time.
Validity Questions: There are a few validity questions within the assessment, such as 'Do polar bears live in the jungle?'. These questions are just to ensure the answers provided are accurate.
Step 6: Submitting the Assessment
Complete the Final Section: Once you finish all the sections, the platform will guide you to the last page.
