- Report Overview: The MyMynd report is divided into several sections that reflect different aspects of your mental health and wellbeing. These are:
- Your total score: This score will be one of the following: High Concern, Some Concern, Satisfactory, Optimal. This score helps to identify how you may need improvement or attention, guiding you toward achieving better overall wellbeing.
N.B. This is assessment is not diagnostic.
- Key areas: These are the three main focus points of the report. Specific areas that you may need support with. We recommend that you focus on these to begin with, but if a different indicator is causing you more challenges, focus on that! The report is a guide.
- Resilience Indicators: These are positive qualities or traits that enhance your ability to cope with stress, bounce back from challenges, and maintain a sense of wellbeing. They are:
- Happiness: A state of contentment and general satisfaction with life.
- Hope: The belief in a better future and the action to make it happen.
- Personal Standards: A set of attitudes and behaviours that we choose to follow based on expectations that we, and often others, have of ourselves.
- Leadership: The ability to organise and motivate others to work towards achieving a shared goal.
